The ideal candidate will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity and operational efficiency of our properties in Minnesota and surrounding states. This position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, providing hands-on maintenance and repair services that directly impact the quality and comfort of our residential communities. Perform routine and preventative maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of residential real estate properties. Respond to maintenance requests and repairs by tenants in a timely and professional manner. Inspect buildings, systems, and equipment for needed repair and maintenance work. Collaborate with management to prioritize maintenance and repairs. Handle emergency maintenance and repairs during off-hours, including on-call duties as necessary. Maintain inventory of repair supplies and materials. Document and report maintenance activities and completed works. Proficiency in handling plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems Strong problem-solving and communication skills Aptitude for mechanical tasks and detailed work Ability to handle emergency situations and pressure of on-call duties Familiarity with safety compliance and protocols in a residential context Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k HVAC certification is highly valued. Certification in plumbing, electrical work, or related fields is desirable.
