Responsibilities • Prepare and send accurate customer invoices while ensuring timely delivery • Apply customer payments and maintain up-to-date account records to support clean financial reporting • Monitor outstanding balances and assist with past-due follow-up to keep accounts current • Research and resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer or internal billing inquiries as needed Qualifications • 1–2 years of experience in accounting, billing, or administrative support with a basic understanding of accounting principles • Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy, especially when working with financial data • Proficient written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work professionally with customers and internal teams • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and familiarity with invoicing or billing systems Pay Rate $20.00 per hour Schedule Full Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Nexeo Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Limited Life, Short-Term Disability.
