Job Description:

American Secure Title Insurance Agency is a midsize Title & Escrow Agency whose core values focus on customer service and team success. We currently have an opening for an experienced Customer Service/Receptionist for our Logan office. We are looking for someone to fill this position who has a warm and engaging personality, who will make our customers feel like they are the most important people in the world just for walking through our door, and at the same time is excellent with data entry and modern computer skills.Primary Responsibilities Are:

Entering orders from Agents and Lenders into file processing softwareWelcome and Greet customersAnswers multiple phones efficiently and with utmost Customer Service, transfer to the appropriate party, take detailed messagesProficient with Microsoft Outlook and able to type professional email correspondenceComplete Policy Write-UpsMaintain both paper and computer filesEstablish work priorities and action plans to complete daily routines, responsibilities, activities, projects or assignmentsOrder office supplies through vendorCompile grocery list and occasional shopping for office suppliesMaintain Conference/Closing room calendars and ensure room is ready for meetings/closingsClean office weeklyAccepts other responsibilities and duties that may be assigned Requirements:

Understands the importance of excellent Customer ServiceExcellent ability to learn and navigate government websites for file processingCritical thinking and problem solving skillsAbility to multi-taskAbility to thrive in a stressful environmentAbility to handle a multiple phone line systemMust possess excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and be a team playerMust pass a background checkHigh School Diploma or GED requiredBasic understanding of Title Insurance Industry preferred but not requiredA successful employee with American Secure Title is someone who is able to motivate themselves to accomplish their daily tasks without the oversight of a manager. They come to work everyday because they enjoy being part of a team and having a career. They strive to become an expert at customer service and their job tasks. Someone who is willing to be truthful and open with Management about company processes and likes to help increase efficiencies. They like when the team is successful as much as their individual success. They are proficient with working on a computer and are able to navigate websites, email, and computer file creation with ease.
