Important details to help you gauge interest: $40-$50 hourly Daily pay 2000 employee company on track to hit $1B by end of year Huge growth potential Exceptional leadership team Vehicle reimbursement plan Comprehensive health benefits & HSA 4% Matching 401k PTO and holiday pay Relocation assistance What You’ll Do: Develop, implement, and continuously improve safety programs and policies Plan and deliver effective safety training for employees at all levels Monitor and enforce compliance across all projects and operations Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments Lead investigations into accidents, incidents, and near misses Build and promote a strong safety culture where everyone takes ownership Maintain accurate safety reports and ensure regulatory compliance Oversee emergency preparedness and run drills to keep teams ready What You Bring: CHST or 10 years in a construction safety roles (CHST required within first 12 months). Experience in industrial construction, including pipeline, mining, and refining. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local safety regulations Proven ability to lead, communicate, and build trust across teams Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and follow-through skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety management software I look forward to connecting with you!
