If you can communicate with all kinds of people and have some auto repair knowledge, you could be the perfect fit! Depending on experience, you can earn $55,000 - $78,000/year . QUALIFICATIONS Service advisor experience Customer service skills Organizational skills and time management abilities 5 years of experience would be preferred but isn't required. A DAY IN THE LIFE Our Service Advisor works from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday with an hour for lunch. You're the friendly presence in our automotive office who interacts with customers, learns about their auto repair needs, and ensures they receive the appropriate services. Keeping customer service at the forefront, you answer questions, explain the recommended work, and schedule service appointments. You communicate with techs to ensure they complete prompt, accurate work. By maintaining order and timeliness in our shop, you support seamless workdays and maintain our reputation for excellence.
