Available Shift: 10-hour day shift (Mon-Thurs) 5am-3:30pm Main responsibilities/duties: Operation of CNC Mills and Lathes Regularly inspect parts using a variety of measuring equipment to maintain acceptable quality levels Ability to understand execute machine tool offsets Deburr parts as needed Keep up on regular machine maintenance Assist machinists in machine setup and teardown Maintain a clean and organized work space Keep record of pertinent information for shift change and communicate all important information to your supervisor Document processes pertaining to running and/or improvements made to setup or operating the machines you run Requirements Basic math skills Mechanically inclined Basic computer skills Ability to read, follow and understand engineering blue prints (GD&T) Ability to use measuring equipment Detail oriented Willing to work overtime when needed Pass a background check Additional qualities we look for include: Good organizational skills Willingness to adapt with change Works well in a team environment Knowledge and experience in Lean manufacturing Ability to focus on task at hand Loyalty and dedication Honest Positive attitude Machine maintenance experience
