career today. Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking Principal
Engineer Technical Services Project Management (level 3)/Sr.
Principal Engineer Technical Services Project Management (level 4)
to join its team in Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel Program.
Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force’s sustainment, development,
production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for
Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne
Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities and associated
infrastructure. What you will get to do : The successful candidate
will: Produce ILS Technical Reports, Maintenance Plans, and
Training Requirements Documents compliant with appropriate
standards. Create and maintain comprehensive sustainment strategies
covering maintenance concepts, spare part provisioning, supply
chain risk mitigation, and life cycle cost forecasting. Liaise with
engineering, production, logistics, contracting, and customer
support teams to align sustainment objectives and resolve issues
promptly. Basic Qualifications: This position may be hired at level
3 or level 4 depending upon applicant qualifications. Principal
Technical Services Project Management (level 3): Bachelor's degree
and 5 years of applicable experience, 3 years with a masters, 1
year with a PhD. Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret
security clearance . Must be able to be successfully screened for
Enhanced Security Clearances, within a reasonable amount of time as
determined by the company to meet its business needs Must possess
excellent oral and written communication skills 3 years of
experience with a sustainment or development program. Sr. Principal
Technical Services Project Management (level 3): Bachelor's degree
and 8 years of experience, 6 with a masters, 4 with a PhD Must be a
US Citizen with an active DoD Secret security clearance. Must be
able to be successfully screened for Enhanced Security Clearances,
within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to
meet its business needs Must possess excellent oral and written
communication skills 3 years of experience with a sustainment or
development program. Preferred Qualifications : Experience with
MIL-HDBK 1388-2B and GEIA-STD-0007 Experience with Raytheon EAGLE
Database or SLIC wave or equivalent Experience with Teamcenter
Aerospace / ICBM maintenance or supply experience Position Benefits

schedule is 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a
nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday
off. SentinelSystems Primary Level Salary Range: $89,400.00 -
$134,200.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $111,700.00 - $167,500.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however,
Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining
base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the
position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and
current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may
be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary
bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to
reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share
in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director
positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition,
Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health
