Malouf is looking for a Marketing Brand Manager to help drive marketing goals on our Downeast Apparel team. This individual will participate in developing high-level business/marketing strategies and managing projects necessary to implementing those initiatives. This position requires strong attention to detail, a strategic mindset, a passion for fashion and effective communication. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Responsibilities and Duties:* Develop and oversee implementation of brand strategy for web, social media, design, copy, and imagery initiatives* Guide brand storytelling and marketing campaigns* Track, report, and recommend changes to ensure efficient use of resources* Coordinate marketing and sales initiatives for brands* Manage and follow through on all marketing related projects* Target and ideate promotional campaigns around new product releases * Work closely with product design teams to effectively communicate the vision and story of seasonal collectionsQualifications and Skills:* Experience managing brands and high-level strategy required* Proven experience in identifying target audiences and adapting messaging appropriately* Experience with retail and online brand communication and storytelling* E-commerce marketing, branding, and advertising knowledge* Ability to organize and process large amounts of information and communicate effectively* Ability to make quick, smart decisions with limited information* Very strong attention to detail and consistent follow through* Self-motivated and ability to recognize the relative value of projects and prioritize accordingly* Ability to thrive in an ambiguous market environment* Must have a team player attitude and an ability to work well with others* Required: 3-5 years Brand Management experience* Bachelor's Degree: Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or similarBenefits* Insurance premiums paid 100% by Malouf* HSA Eligible Health Plan* Dental w/orthodontics* Vision Plan* Basic Life insurance* Long Term Disability* Short Term Disability* Company-matched 401K* Free daily gourmet lunch provided by our company chef* Paid maternity and paternity leave* Onsite fitness center* Onsite monthly hair/salon appointment* Product discountsWe are an EOE/Affirmative Action employer.
