Job Description:
Job Title:Call Center ManagerLocation:80 W Golf Course Road,
Suite B, Logan, UT 84321Job Duties:Responsible for overseeing call
center operations, ensuring good resource utilization and quality
control, meeting margin goals, and executing data collection
projects through telephone interviews to support global provider of
data solutions and survey research technology. Specific job duties
include: (1) production management by conducting supervisor
briefing meetings, monitoring production reports, documenting shift
notes after dialing has been completed, preparing contingency
plans, and ensuring quality control; (2) people management by
maintaining appropriately staffed call center based on workload
demands, working with HR/Payroll to hire and onboard selected
candidates, communicating with employees on call center and company
strategy, providing performance feedback, and ensuring that
employees adhere to call center and company policies; and (3)
facilities management by hiring cleaning crews, ensuring that
building and equipment remain in good working order, and
coordinating with corporate IT department for software and hardware
repairs and upgrades. Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in
social sciences, business, or related field; two years of call
center management experience; proficiency in utilizing data
collection systems; and knowledge of data mining through SQL.
