Job Description:

Park Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the park. Must also be able to effectively manage staff by creating and maintaining clear and reasonable expectations, while creating a positive work environment. Oversee staff performance and work with the Director of RV Park Operations in assessing staffing needs. Manager regularly works the front desk and supervises cleaning and front desk staff including scheduling.Manager takes the lead in providing a positive, fun, and memorable experience for each guest. Works to maximize occupancy and keep parks profitable. As "eyes in the park", the manager is aware of maintenance/guest issues and coordinates maintenance work in order with the Maintenance Manager. Ensures park is in optimal condition and excellent overall appearance. Essential Functions: -Energetic, outgoing, friendly, customer service model to all other employees.-Build company image and RV Park brand through efficient daily operation; outstanding customer service; collaborating with government, community organizations and employees; and enforcing ethical business practices.-Greet guests, check guests in/out, make reservations - being aware of space availability and communicating issues/limitations to front desk staff.-Supervise and train the front desk and cleaning staff, and coordinate maintenance needs with the Director of RV Park Operations.-Prepare bank deposits.-Walk the park regularly to become aware of park conditions, rules violations, guest issues, etc.-Stock retail store items, inventory and order/purchase resell items to keep the store properly stocked.-Marketing - Coordinate and implement marketing ideas and programs with the Director of RV Park Operations.-Resolve guest and staff issues in a timely, professional, and positive manner involving the Director of RV Operations as needed.-Run CampLife reports ad needed for day-to-day functions and as requested by the Director of RV Park Operations and/or corporate office.-Answer phones, emails etc.-Assist cleaning and maintenance staff as needed. Qualifications: -Have a positive attitude, professional demeanor and friendly disposition.-High proficiency with CampLife program to efficiently handle all guest needs and to train and supervise other front desk staff.-Excellent customer service skills.-Basic/intermediate computer skills are required.-Teamwork orientation.-Excellent written/oral communication skills.Job Type: Full-timePay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hourSchedule: 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate: Logan, UT 84321: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred)Work Location: One location
