Chem-Dry is part of the BELFOR Franchise Group family of residential and commercial services brands.The Chem-Dry brand is seeking a highly qualified Director of Franchise Coaching to lead a team of franchise business coaches. The main purpose for the department is to help franchise owners within the Chem-Dry network operate successful businesses. The department will work closely with franchise owners throughout the United States and Canada to ensure business growth by assisting with the execution and implementation of business development activities in accordance with the organizational strategy. Most communication with franchise owners is conducted via telephone, conference calls, webinars and in person at new owner trainings and regional conferences.Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities: Develop initiatives to assist with Chem-Dry business processes to include: business operations, financial management, increasing job count, increasing job size, franchise operational support and additional best practices. Partner closely with Chem-Dry franchise owners to help them drive their local marketing efforts and implement foundational best practices, as well as drive increased market share for their business. Lead the quantitative analysis for the franchise network by gathering, refining and communicating data received from the franchise owners through the franchise owner reporting tool - onTrack. Develop strong working relationships with franchise owners and their employees. Identify ways to help motivate and change business behaviors in a positive way. Assist the Franchise Compliance Team to ensure that franchise owners are fulfilling their contractual requirements and assist in compliance efforts. Support franchise renewals and help franchisees prepare for successful license renewals. Maintain Key Performance Indicators in the franchise business model and communicate changes across the field. Drive adoption of programs the help franchisees meet these Key Performance Indicators. Lead and motivate the coaching team to provide continued improvement to the franchise owners within their assigned areas. Work closely with other departments to continually improve the programs and processes in place to help franchisees solve their own problems and seize upon their unique opportunities. Strategic alignment with the Brand Marketing Team, Research & Development Team, Product Sales & Service Team, Operations Team.
