You will lead your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. From local store marketing to helping reach sales and profit goals, you'll be responsible for ensuring that your restaurant is delivering top-quality meats.To qualify for this exciting opportunity, you:
  • Have at least 1+ year of foodservice management experience; Serve Safe Certification is a plus (training may be provided)
  • Possess strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Have experience with inventory, cost controls, and cash handling
  • Are prepared to conduct interviews, hiring, and terminations
