SUMMARY--Freemotion Fitness is part of ICON Health & Fitness, a Logan Utah based company celebrating over 40 years of innovation and technology. If you're committed to being "all in," you're performance-driven, and you're excited about traveling all over the world -- this is the position for you.----We are searching for a--Manager of Sales, Hospitality--with the drive to build a team, grow revenue, tell the world about Freemotion and have fun doing it.--Travel is expected to be 50% and compensation is competitive with market, based on skills and experience and will be determined during the interview process.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES--include the following.Develops and maintains relationships with top decision-makers in new and existing hospitality accounts..Achieve operational objectives by contributing global sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining global sales system improvements; implementing change.--Meets global sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.--Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for regions in support of global objectives.Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.Completes detailed customer profiles and plans.Acquires a detailed understanding of Freemotion products and their benefits to end-users.Understands the key facility enhancement our products provide to improve member experience.Identifies prospective customers from a variety of sources (trade shows, marketing, business directories, etc.).Prepares and presents sales proposals to key customers (including price quotations, credit terms, delivery, service and leasing options).Attends designated trade shows, cultivates client relationships, and represents--Freemotion in a professional manner.Personally use Freemotion equipment whenever possible to ensure ability to communicate benefits to others.Works with Inside Sales to provide date of delivery to customer.Works with customer care to ensure client satisfaction and that all information is shared with the company.Regularly communicates sales objectives and results to your manager.Embody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement.QUALIFICATIONS----To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.--The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.--Ability to elicit needs from key decision makers.Strong written and oral communication skills.Ability to influence others.Skilled at strategic sales planning and managing revenue targets.Ability to accurately forecast future sales volume.Excel at selling intangible solutions into the B2B market.Ability to analyse, establish and execute a pre-sales and post-sales strategy.Skilled at building rapport, opening doors, and understanding business requirements of senior decision makers.Strong time management, qualifications and negotiation skills.Driven, energetic, professionally ambitious.Competitive nature, winning attitude.Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.A sense of optimism, resilience, and perseverance.Team player.Natural leader.Independent and self-sufficient.--Hunter and deal closer.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE--4 year university degree8 + years of hospitality sales experience within the fitness industry.Strong written and communication skills.--Excellent computer skills with a high-level of proficiency; Google and Salesforce.com knowledge is a plus.International travel experience and the ability to travel extensivelySuccessful experience selling fitness equipment to large global hospitality buying groups or similar----Successful experience closing large six and seven figure deals.Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities.Successful experience utilizing a CRM (i.e. SalesForce.com) to manage opportunities, sales tasks, pipeline and closing data.Proven experience working within a large company environment.Experience providing status reports including market and customer feedback to the corporate leadership team.Demonstrated ability in all aspects of sales leadership.8+ years of experience within the commercial fitness space.LANGUAGE SKILLS--Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.REASONING ABILITY--Must have great people skills.--Able to handle stressful situations.--Must have a positive attitude.----PHYSICAL DEMANDS--The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilitiesrequired by this job include close vision, and color vision. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear.--The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.----WORK ENVIRONMENTNormal office conditions with extensive phone work and travel.--Remote working in theUnited States.
