About Orem Community Hospital Orem Community Hospital is a trusted healthcare facility located in the heart of Utah County. Known for its strong community ties, the hospital offers a wide range of services including imaging, same-day surgery, women’s health, and rehabilitation. The campus features modern imaging technology such as X-ray, CT, Mammography, Ultrasound, and DEXA, and is home to specialized clinics like OB/GYN, Pediatrics, and Family Medicine. Posting Specifics - Department Location: Intermountain Health – Orem Community Hospital - Scheduled Weekly Hours: PRN or as needed - Shift: Hours and shifts will vary depending on need Essential Functions - Maintain ARRT or modality-specific competency in all clinical and technical functions - Ensure proper patient identification, verify orders, and prepare patients for exams - Perform CT exams per department protocol and review images for quality and accuracy - Assist and instruct students and other CT Techs in protocols, positioning, and equipment - Provide patient education, ensure comfort, and address concerns - Maintain accurate records of patient information, procedures, and any adverse reactions Minimum Qualifications - ARRT(RT)(R) Radiography Certification/Registration - Relevant State Licensure (where required) - Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for healthcare providers Physical Requirements: Location: Intermountain Health Orem Community Hospital Work City: Orem Work State: Utah Scheduled Weekly Hours: The hourly range for this position is listed below.
