School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A school
psychologist is sought for a contract position supporting students
from kindergarten through 12th grade in Orem, UT. This role
involves providing psychological services to students across
elementary, middle, and high school settings, with a focus on
assessment, intervention, and counseling to promote academic
success and emotional well-being. The contract extends through the
end of the school year with strong potential for renewal, offering
stability and ongoing professional growth. Key responsibilities: -
Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments to identify
student needs - Collaborate with teachers, parents, and
administrators to develop individual education plans (IEPs) -
Provide individual and group counseling to support emotional and
behavioral development - Assist in crisis intervention and
preventive mental health programs - Participate in
multidisciplinary team meetings and maintain accurate documentation
Desired qualifications: - Valid certification as a school
psychologist - Experience working with K-12 students, including
elementary (K-5), middle (6-8), and high school (9-12) grade levels
- Strong understanding of educational psychology, assessment tools,
and intervention strategies - Excellent communication and teamwork
skills - Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and maintain
