Job Description Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Breast Surgeon with us, you will receive: - $422,814 base salary plus incentive plan (does not include call or incentive pay) - $30,000 student loan repayment - $42,281 sign-on bonus - $15,000 relocation assistance - CME funds - Flexible Time Away - Generous 401(k) with match As a physician-facing organization, our Physician Group is passionate about high-value, top quality care made accessible in every community we serve. HEC Job Requirements In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: - Fellowship trained in breast surgery highly preferred. - Must have successfully completed a residency or fellowship commensurate with area of specialty. - Obtain and maintain an unrestricted Drug Enforcement Agency (“DEA”) registration; - Be board certified or eligible in the appropriate specialty, by a board acceptable to Hospital; - Obtain Medical Staff Privileges within the Health system, at sponsoring institution - Doctorate MD or DO required - DR-Current and unrestricted license to practice medicine in applicable state required Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly) Where You'll Work At CommonSpirit Mountain Region, we believe in the healing power of humanity and serving the common good through our dedicated work and shared mission to celebrate humankindness.
