to find a qualified Psych RN in Pocatello, Idaho, 83201! Job Title:
Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Behavioral Health
Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience:
Minimum of 1 year License: Active Registered Nurse License
Certifications: BLS, CPI Must-Have: - Experience working in a
behavioral health setting is required. - Ability to work various
shifts, including weekends and holidays. - Knowledge of crisis
intervention and de-escalation techniques. - Proficiency in
electronic medical records software and basic computer
applications. Description: Demonstrates knowledge and appropriate
use of the Nursing Process for patients across various age groups.
Documents thoroughly as care is delivered, following regulatory and
hospital requirements. Participates in the responsible management
of health care resources. Assumes responsibility for clinical
competencies and professional development for self and others.
Practices in a clinical environment through the application of
theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Utilizes good judgment,
demonstrates patience, and employs best practices for patient care
as expected by leaders. Maintains a professional demeanor at all
times in a busy and stressful work environment. Adapts to practice
changes aimed at meeting new patient safety requirements and goals.
Exemplifies strong organizational skills and the ability to manage
workload expectations. Possesses excellent interpersonal
