to hire a Customer Service Supervisor to help care for our
customers! Our Customer Service Supervisors are fundamental in Fox
Pest Control's business. We rely on these vital employee's
communication, leadership, and management skills to help their
assigned Fox location run smoothly, and to ensure that each
customer they speak with has a positive experience. The right
candidate will become an ambassador of our culture, and have a

opportunitiesA day in the life of a Customer Service Supervisor·
Communicate with Fox's awesome customer service base! You will be
answering inbound phone calls, emails and texts, and making
outbound calls · Schedule and reschedule customer appointments with
technicians· Manage customer billing information· Optimize
technicians' daily routes to ensure efficiency· Resolve customer
conflicts and complaints· Manage duties delegated from a Branch
Operations ManagerWhat we are looking for· High School Diploma,
some college preferred· 2+ years Customer Service Rep experience·
Experience with computer database systems/software· Willing to
learn· Positive and Professional dress and demeanor· Excellent
communication skills, including excellent reading and writing
skills· Genuine personality, confident in self, and in office and
customer service skills· Ability to speak Spanish is a huge
