Apply today!JOB TITLE: Part-Time Cafeteria Attd. - $16.85/hr BUSINESS UNIT: Campbell Snacks FUNCTION: Supply ChainREPORTS TO: Becky BillNUMBER AND TITLES OF DIRECT REPORTS: NoneGRADE/LEVEL (If role is already leveled): HourlyGENERAL SUMMARY:Preparing food to order for employees. Includes grill cooking and cash register duties.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (Key focus areas / accountabilities including how those accountabilities are managed with percentage of time allocation for each result)Prepare food per employee orders. Also includes Grill cooking, cash register duties and cleaning duties. Must have or ben able to obtain Utah Food Handler's Permit within 30 days of hire. Must positively interact with employees and provide excellent customer service. Occasional lifting up to 35 pounds, will perform stocking duties and will operate dishwasher equipment. Other cleaning of cooking area and tables to comply with cleanliness standards. Must comply with all safety and quality good manufacturing practices guidelines. Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 11:30 am to 3:30 pm., paid holidays and uniforms are provided.COMPLEXITY AND SCOPE:MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: Must have obtained high school diploma, GED or equivalent.MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED: three months experience with grill cooking, cash register, and food service duties preferred.CERTIFICATIONS REQUIREDLICENSES/REGISTRATIONS REQUIREDOTHER MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED Ability to safely operate hot grill, fryers, stand for most of 4-hr shift.% OF TRAVEL REQUIRED FOR THE POSITIONWORK ENVIRONMENTCompensation and Benefits:The starting rate for this full-time, hourly position is $16.85.An individual's base pay depends on a number of factors, such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation, such as a performance-based bonus and other short- and long-term incentives. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401(k), and wellness benefits beginning on one's first day of employment.
