The goal of the Talent Acquisition (TA) Marketing and Operations
team at Lumen is to work across TA, its partners, and stakeholders
to ensure best-in-class recruiting processes, systems, and tools
are in place for recruiters, hiring managers and candidates.
The Graphic Designer, Recruitment Marketing is broad in scope, an
environment where self-starters and curious learners will thrive!
The team works on initiatives that fall into 6 key operational
areas: (1) recruitment marketing, (2) project management and
technical implementations, (3) budget management and planning, (4)
quality control and compliance, (5) assessment and selection, and
(6) training and communication.
This role will play an integral part in driving strategic Talent
Acquisition initiatives specifically focused on recruitment

OUT OF OUR BROOMFIELD, COLORADO OFFICE._
**THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
**As a Graphic Designer, Recruitment Marketing, you will play a
critical role in taking Lumen's talent attraction strategy to the
next level by:**
- Leading creative development and graphic design for marketing,
advertising and promotional campaigns for HR initiatives.
- Ideating, collaborating and designing print, digital graphics,
video and interactive media for a variety of channels/platforms
including the Lumen internal and external careers site and social
media channels, job boards, marketing, internal campaigns and print
- Collaborating with key partners, including internal brand and
marketing teams and university relations teams, to understand
business goals, objectives and challenges.
- Protecting the Lumen brand by keeping the integrity of the brand
through brand guidelines.
- Telling the Lumen employment story in new, exciting, and
innovative ways while keeping the integrity of the Lumen brand by
following the brand guidelines.
**WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN A CANDIDATE**
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Programs including Adobe
InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Acrobat
- 2+ years experience in graphic design preferred
- Experience multi-tasking and working on various levels of
creative in a very fast-paced environment
- Strategic thinker who can ideate, collaborate, and execute
creative for multiple print and digital mediums
- Experience in social media marketing
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns on recruiting and
social media platforms
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS), preferably
through Phenom People
- Motion graphics and video editing experience preferred
- Adobe After Effects and Premier Pro Knowledge preferred.
- Experience in the employer brand / recruitment marketing space

**SALARY MIN:** $46,350
**SALARY MAX:** $103,080
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for
this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums
may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills,
experience and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales
compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for
