Equipment may include, but is not limited to: -carton erectors - partition inserters - product inserters (MPV, VPM, PLU) - foil dispensers - top closers - palletization equipment Manual responsibilities include: - loading, building and make boxes - hand packaging of bottles - loading labels Maintenance includes: - perform routine cleaning, and minor maintenance of equipment to ensure smooth operations Material Handling: - Loading/unloading packaging materials such as corrugate, containers or other raw materials Documentation: - Accurately document records of finished goods, packaging specifications, or any visual quality checks - Perform changeovers of divers packaging equipment (eg case erector, partition inserter, top sealer, …) - Applies correct labels - Perform quality check consisting of visual inspection of overall product, labels and packaging integrity for defects -Housekeeping What Makes You Great Performance Measurements: Accurately following all labeling procedures Quality checks Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred Additional Requirements: Capable of lifting 55 pounds and to stand for a minimum of 12 hours Able to work with multiple types of equipment simultaneously High cleanliness standards for the machines and work area Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee must regularly lift and/ or move up to 10 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 38 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move or push /pull up to 55 lbs.
