We are looking for a LIMS SPECIALIST I to work with our expert Quality Control team of 30 employees across the world. Do you have a passion for Quality and Data Management? What you--------ll do Build, test, and troubleshoot simple Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) system master data from controlled and approved material specifications with some supervision & help team meet performance metrics such that on-time-delivery and first pass yield are at or above 95% Help the LIMS group to gather and maintain process data and metrics and contribute the continuous improvement of group operations and processes Maintain a positive attitude and lead productive interactions with other team members and other QC group team members to successfully resolve LIMS system issues Focus on building either raw material master data or finished good master data Who you are Minimum Required Education: High School Diploma Have a Working Knowledge of MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoints, Outlook, Teams) An exposure/ basic understanding of cGMP and good documentation practices preferred but not required Strong attention to detail Root cause analysis and troubling shooting experience are preferred but not required Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision with a strong desire to learn Technical aptitude with regards to computer software and an ability to follow instructions regarding policies and procedures Who we are Whatever your role, we bring purpose and challenge into our everyday work.
