Rent Dynamics is an emerging software company in the multi-family housing industry experiencing strong growth. Our RentPlus product is growing at an exponential rate, and we need someone who is skilled and confident in meeting and exceeding our clients expectations to step in and drive results. We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging individual who is looking to grow their career in Account Management and knows how to grow and retain accounts. Experience in the multi-family housing industry at the site level or vendor level is even better!

As an Account Manager, you will receive thorough product training and industry education from our Logan, Utah office to help complement your initial account assignments and department responsibilities. Account Managers at Rent Dynamics are primarily responsible for driving client satisfaction and growing adoption and revenue among existing accounts from across the country.


  • Grow client accounts both across portfolio and product offerings

  • Intimate knowledge of each account - key stakeholders, value drivers, opportunities, challenges, etc.

  • Work closely with management and executives at your client Management Companies to determine the best ways to drive RentPlus enrollment and engagement

  • Oversee the successful implementation and training of new clients and communities

  • Provide customer service and support as needed to maintain a high level of loyalty

  • Personally handle items of escalation and work closely with other Rent Dynamics departments to provide satisfactory resolutions

  • Conduct regular Account Reviews with each client to address areas of improvement and highlight successes

  • Provide consistent status reports to Management on the current state of each account and future growth opportunities

  • Occasional travel required


  • Bachelors degree (or very close to graduation) preferred

  • Experience with Account Management and/or the Multi-family Industry is a big plus

  • Must have great people skills and the ability to connect positively with others quickly

  • Must be comfortable with technology and problem solving within systems and processes

  • Enthusiastic, positive and upbeat

  • Self-directed performer who is also coachable and looking to get better

  • Organized and responsive with an attention to detail, not allowing things to slip through the cracks

  • Ability to prioritize daily schedule while juggling different tasks

  • Good communicator and listener who can easily engage with people at all levels

  • Strategic thinker who possesses a can-do attitude

  • Ability to travel as needed
