We are in search of a Campaign Manager to lead the process management and project management of iFIT's onboarding campaigns. Like Marie Kondo, decluttering and organizing chaos sparks joy for this person! This Campaign Manager is able to create a clear path for effective project execution and is also flexible enough to pivot and adapt to change without losing momentum. This person should be curious, asking the right questions to help a collaborative and creative team more clearly define the scope and execute large and complex campaigns that drive users to begin using their membership. The Campaign Manager has a strategic mind and partners with others on the ideation and creation of marketing campaigns that target iFIT members. Then, they will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring these campaigns to life. Key success metrics include increasing the number of workouts (engagements) per member.

The successful candidate will possess a variety of key skills including detailed planning, strategic leadership, creative thinking, analytical reasoning, project management, and problem-solving. The candidate must demonstrate a balance of execution and project management skills with strategy, creativity, and innovation. This individual will be responsible for leading individuals from a variety of disciplines through the ideation, creation, and execution process, thus leadership skills are especially important. This Campaign Manager will pride themselves on being a team player that removes obstacles and increases flow within projects.

This person will be required to have direct experience or understanding of the marketing suite, especially direct, eCommerce, and user onboarding.


  • Manage the intake, assignment, and process flows of Onboarding journeys.

  • Identify opportunities for touchpoints with customers and then work with teams to develop campaigns to drive engagement through onboarding.

  • Project manage the flow of these journeys, campaigns, including ideation, concept, creation, development, and execution. Hold team members accountable for timelines and deliverables.

  • Work with the Director of Onboarding and Experience PMO Manager to create short and long-term success metrics.

  • Build and strengthen cross-divisional relationships with key teams and partners.

  • Use research and analytics to identify opportunities for marketing engagement.

  • Measure the success of each marketing campaign.

  • Solve problems and remove roadblocks, allowing the execution teams to progress.


  • Minimum requirement BS/BA in Marketing, Business, Communications, or applicable discipline.

  • Understanding of subscription services, SaaS, or eCommerce preferred.3+ years of experience in a marketing/project management role, preferably in a direct-to-consumer eCommerce or subscription-based business.

  • Proven ability to create and develop innovative marketing journeys that guide users through the onboarding experience.

  • Experience with planning and strategizing email marketing journeys

  • Understanding of the impact of onboarding processes in the user experience and lifecycle

  • Proven ability to think strategically and creatively.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams through defined and undefined processes.

  • Experience with project management tools including Asana, JIRA, Confluence, or Agile Methodology is a PLUS.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with active listening.

  • Familiarity with a suite of marketing programs, specifically direct programs such as email and push marketing, along with social media marketing.

  • Demonstrated ability to recognize customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

  • Strong understanding of consumer lifecycle efforts and knowing how to speak to a consumer in different stages of their lifecycle.

  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
