What you'll do!

  • Support and lead digital enablement and sales operations process, data and tool related projects (improvements, stabilization, new functionality, simplification, business integrations), with a main focus on SFDC and Oracle, ITO & OTR.
  • Proactively collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements
  • Evaluate core business processes and recommend simplification, standardization and improvement approaches that will increase operational efficiency within sales operations and digital enablement projects.
  • Work collaboratively with all regions and business teams to drive common processes, data criteria, and data definitions.
  • Partner with the Digital enablement project leaders and commercial excellence leaders to understand how system improvements could accelerate commercial effectiveness.
  • Convert these businesses and system needs into business cases and executable project plans and lead the implementation.
  • Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
  • Deliver projects according to our Milestone/Tollgate based methodology, and manage the key elements of project management which include: Project scope definition, Resource planning, Cost & Risk Management, Project schedule, Communication & Change Management.

Who you are!

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 3 plus years of project management or related life science/CRM/ commercial experience
  • Significant CRM specific experience with an emphasis on sales enablement for a large, multi-location sales force, business project management within large, corporate environment.
  • Experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies required.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects according to outlined scope, schedule and cost, committed to high Say/Do ratio.
  • Technical demeanor to work with IT teams to integrate existing systems.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
  • Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously, strong matrix skills.
  • Continuous innovation, process improvement, and resourcefulness skills.
  • Experience interfacing effectively with multiple levels of management.
  • Proficient in Excel, SFDC and business intelligence applications.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred
