Position: PT Receiving Clerk - 10am - 3pm M-F Location: Logan, UT Job Id: 9325 of Openings: 1 TTM Technologies - Logan DivisionJob Description Internal Job Title: Receiving ClerkDepartment: Inventory and ReceivingReports To: Director of Environmental Health & SafetyPrepared By: Human ResourcesPrepared Date: 12/31/2013 Summary Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Ability to read, understand and follow written procedures and instructions in English. - Receive and disposition all incoming parts on a daily basis. - Ship and track all parts sent out for repair. - Ensure adequate inventories required materials are maintained by collecting issue logs and reordering consumed parts. - Maintain organization of parts storage area. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving few concrete variables in standardized situations. Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Outlook, as well as SAP. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to sit, use both hands to touch, handle, or feel, reach with both hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk or hear, and perform repetitive motion. The employee is regularly required stand, walk, and climb stairs. This position is considered a heavy-duty position, meaning that the individual employee may be regularly required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. In addition, the employee may be required to lift and/or move over 50 pounds with assistance. The employee will be required to carry up to 50 pounds, a distance of 10 feet up to 1 time per shift. The employee will also be required to push/pull up to 100 pounds, a distance of 15 feet up to 1 time per shift. Specific vision requirements for this position include close vision, distance vision, and color vision. These requirements are necessary in order to properly complete the essentially duties of this job. Work Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to work in wet or humid conditions (non-weather), near moving mechanical parts, in high, precarious places, around fumes or airborne particles, around toxic or caustic chemicals, in outdoor weather conditions, in extreme heat (non-weather), and around radiation. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. As such, hearing protection is not required. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements - Eye protection (safety glasses) - Steel-toed boots are required. ITAR Requirements Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: - being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand thataccess to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents;b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation;c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL);d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US;e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
