We are looking for a Production Specialist - Documentation to work with our expert Media Manufacturing team of hundreds of employees across the world. Do you have a passion for Manufacturing? What you ll doThis will be a split shift assignment (6:00am-6:30pm Saturday and Sunday)The job will entail both Documentation and Labeling responsibilitiesFollows work procedures and schematics including complex instructions regarding duties to be performedPerforms manufacturing/assembly operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheetsAssists in the writing and/or developing of work proceduresWorks independently and completes basic troubleshootingMaintains daily production output numbersProvide technical document reviewParticipates in quality control inspections when requiredWorks with team leaders, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiencyOther duties as assigned, and may be asked to be included in quality activities, training sessions, and employee activity teamsPerforming more advanced and complex assembly and testing when requiredTrains other team members when requiredComply with EHS regulations and policies Who you areHigh School Diploma/GED or local equivalentOne year of similar operations experienceAbility to communicate, receive and understand instructions regarding duties to be performedDemonstrated ability to detail and quality-minded work habitsDemonstrated ability to communicate with co-workers and leadership Physical RequirementsFrequently move, lift, carry, push or pull weights up to 50 pounds unassisted and occasionally lift/move weight greater than 50 pounds with assistanceFrequently use fingers or hands to grasp, clamp, move, finger, handle and feel small objectsAbility to continuously stand or walkAbility to wear protective equipment including clean room gowning, chemical resistant clothing, safety glasses/gogglesSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus on objects Desired CharacteristicsAssociates or technical degree1-2 years media production experience preferredStrong Microsoft Excel skillsStrong Oracle skills Who we are Whatever your role, we bring purpose and challenge into our everyday work.
