Monchino Management, LLC is searching for a General Manager
candidate at our award winning Holiday Inn Express hotel located in
The ideal candidate is responsible for creating and maintaining
a guest retention environment that inspires all employees to
perform at their best. This individual will oversee the quality
process to ensure excellence in guest satisfaction by consistent
delivery of both product and services. Local sales efforts and
revenue management will be very important aspects of this

Monitor, evaluate, and improve employee training programs. As
our group of properties grow, advancement to senior level
management positions comes from within our group of employees.
Maintain property management and office personnel files.
Conduct training sessions for employees in both classroom and

brand, owners, and Management Company. Physical tours and visual
inspections of the property is done on a daily basis.
Monitor cost controls, property condition, cleanliness and
quality of our product and service throughout the property.
Participate, when possible, in community affairs and maintain a
positive public image for the property. The GM is also required to
meet with potential and current clients and promote the

including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
