ABOUT THE TEAM
We are looking for a working student to support the daily tasks of
the Service Management Team of the SAP Global Cloud Services
Organization (GCS). This international team, which consists of 20+
colleagues, is responsible so support the internal Lines of
Business for all cloud infrastructure elements of our Service
Portfolio from a business perspective. Furthermore, the team is
heavily involved in driving strategic internal projects to reduce
infrastructure costs and optimize utilization rates.
WHAT YOULL DO
Position title:SAP iXp Intern - GCS Service Management
Location: Newtown Square, PA
Expected start date: June 2021
In this role, youll:
We would like to integrate motivated students into our team by
focusing on their further development. This would be their
- Get to know the area SAP Cloud Demand and Supply Management
process including Service Review & Controlling aspects
- Support Best Run / Top X program focusing on our Demand and
Capacity Management Process and Tool improvements and driving
change within our team as well as all of GCS
- Learn about and support our Business Engagement Managers with LoB
support topics and demand planning
- Join an international team and become its integral part by taking
on numerous responsibilities
