eStore Coordinator

Job Description:

The AgClassroomStore at USU is looking for an eStore Coordinator with excellent customer service skills who is detail-oriented. This is a part-time position 25-29hr/week year-round.

Primary responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain and build eStore instructional resources for an online store, AgClassroomStore at USU. 
  • Instructional resources include educational kits, posters, booklets, and other items.
  • Procure necessary resources for educational kit development.
  • Coordinate service projects with on-campus clubs to build kits for inventory.
  • Box and ship ordered items.
  • Communicate with clients concerning order status.
  • Process invoices and payments.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be able to work a set schedule Monday – Friday during normal business hours.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple projects.

  • Must be able to operate standard office equipment to include copiers, telephone systems, computer data systems, printers, scanners, and fax machines.
  • Computer proficiency and detailed working knowledge of the following computer programs: Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Ability to learn new software and hardware quickly.
  • Must be able to carry and lift 25-30 lbs.
  • Must be able to climb a ladder.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience working in a K-6 School, Middle School or High School.
  • Experience working in a retail environment.

$12.00 per hour

Employees work indoors and are protected from weather and/or contaminants, but not, necessarily, occasional temperature changes.  The employee is regularly required to sit and often uses repetitive hand motions. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and may lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
