CONTRACT DURATION: 6 TO 9 MONTHS



CONTRACT HOURS: 40 HOURS PER WEEK



ANTICIPATED START DATE: APRIL 2021



OFFICE LOCATION: NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA / VIRTUAL US



PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE OF POSITION



Provide Customer Success operational support across the business



EXPECTATIONS & TASKS



- Assist with monthly FC
- Assist with weekly customer status reports to support operational and business decisions
- Assist with identifying challenges and help mitigate



SKILLS / COMPETENCIES



- Analytics and reporting capabilities
- Customer-facing or customer success experience
- Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Understanding of subscription-based models
