Applications are now being accepted for various classroom
teaching aide positions at Edith Bowen Laboratory School for the
2020-2021 school year. These positions may include the following:
Teaching Aide, RtI Teaching Aide, SPED Teaching Aide, SPED One on
One Teaching Aide.
This position is a solid 6 hours per day and attendance is
required during entire shift. This is a non-benefited position.
Hours for this position are 8:30 am to 3:00 pm.
+ Prepares lesson materials and classroom curriculum based on
individual student needs.
+ Assists lead teacher in developing and adapting conventional
teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students.
+ Works with students in small groups helping with reading and

ensures that these needs are being fulfilled properly.
+ Operates equipment such as computers, printers,
