- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Assess customer needs while aiding and information on product
- Build productive, trusting relationships with customers
- Coordinate trade shows including managing payment, shipping,
- Develop technical presentations for potential customers
- Set up new customers, coordinating with other departments for
terms, import requirements etc.
- Process vendor paperwork and keep products up to date
- Set up products for E commerce sales
- Help track pricing and promotions for various accounts
- Set up travel and trade shows for the department
- Other duties, as assigned
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word and
- Able to become proficient with customer computer systems,
Walmart Retail Link and Target Partners online etc.
- Database management a plus
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Able to work at least 8 hours a day
- Able to juggle many tasks at once in a sometimes-stressful
