Specialist! You will maintain all of Fox Pest Control's hardware
and software of information technology systems through
face-to-face, phone, and ticket system communications. This
position is Monday through Friday within the hours of 6:00 AM and
7:00 PM, and the occasional Saturday will be required.Who is

Specialist II
- Point of escalation from Tier 1 IT Support Specialists
- Lead and train new IT team members
- Communicate with employees and customers to ensure satisfaction
and discuss additional services that meet their needs
- Troubleshoot technology problems with client groups to ensure
satisfaction and operation of technology
- Complete daily tasks such as completing IT tickets
- Collaborate on challenging projects to support the growth of
the IT Department
- Establish and maintain positive customer/coworker
relationships
- Support various sites, applications, and software used by Fox
team membersWhat is Needed to be Successful?
- High School/GED or better (required)
- 1-2 years IT helpdesk experience (required)
- CompTIA A+ or Net+ Certification or equivalent (required)
- Apple Certified Support Professional (preferred)
- Understanding of basic troubleshooting theory
- Familiarity with Parts and functions of CPU, RAM, and hard
drives, etc.
- Own a Smartphone
- Experience in G Suite and Microsoft Office (preferred)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Self-driven with a good attitude
- Great communication skills both written and verbalEqual
