Job Description:
This key hotel position is responsible for staffing and acting
as a front desk agent during the overnight shift from 11:00 pm to 7
am, answering phones, registering guests, accepting payments, and
providing outstanding customer service. This is an On-Campus ACA

staffing and acting as a front desk agent during the overnight
shift from 11:00 pm to 7 am, answering phones, registering guests,
accepting payments, and providing outstanding customer service.
Additionally, the night auditor is responsible for preparing the
hotel's end-of-day financial reports, performing end-of-day
functions on the hotel's property management system, such as
posting room charges and taxes, reconciling payments, and
performing other financial and accounting-related duties. (2 to 4
nights a week) We need immediate coverage for the graveyard shift
on Tuesday, Thursday, and work other nights as needed. We are
looking for someone that is staying on campus through the holidays.
Minimum Qualifications:
Employees work indoors and are protected from weather and/or
contaminants, but not, necessarily, occasional temperature changes.
- The employee is regularly required to sit and often uses
repetitive hand motions. The employee is frequently required to
reach with hands and arms and may lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
