We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Custodian.The ideal candidate will be experienced in a custodian role focused on building upkeep. They will have great physical endurance to cover a large space and a keen eye for detail and diligence are also imperative in custodial maintenance jobs. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, break areas, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways. Sweeps, mops, cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies. Dust furniture and equipment. Polish metalwork. Washes walls, ceiling, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills. Empties wastebaskets, transport trash, and waste to the disposal area. Replenishes light bulbs. Transports small equipment or tools between departments. Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
