Job Description

SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Service Desk Technician in Logan.

Below you will find the responsibilities and projects planned for your internship.

PROJECTS
--- Telephone and Field Service support

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
--- Provide technical support to ensure that hardware and software systems are fully functional
--- Assist in developing process improvements for increased efficiency
--- Maintain and support systems and equipment for employees
--- Asset management and tracking

Desired Qualifications, Education, and/or Experience

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
--- Junior or Senior studying in a related field
--- An interest in technology support
--- Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
--- Attention to detail
