ABOUT THE TEAM

The Enterprise Cloud Service Customer Office is a global team in charge of ensuring the Rise customers satisfaction by supporting any ongoing business down situation as well as identifying trends in order to prevent any new occurrences to happen again. We are based in several countries including China, Japan, Autralia, Germany, Ireland and the USA (Newtown Square, PA and Palo Alto, CA).

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Position Title: -SAP iXp Intern - Solution Adoption

Location: Newtown Square, PA / Remote-Virtual US

Expected Start Date: May 2022

Contract Duration: 6 months, 40 hours/week

In this role, you'll:

- You will be supporting the creation of the continuous improvement program that gather data point and feedback to proactively prevent issues to reoccure
- This project will help identify technical or human failures and put in place new processes that will prevent them from happening. This will prevent business disruptions from our customers and secure SAP's future revenues
- You will learn about the IaaS (infrastructure as a service) business from a customer as well as from a provider perspective. You will also learn about analytics and reporting and gain knowledge into change management

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Experience with using Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Detail oriented with exceptional time management and organizational skills
- "Can Do" attitude and team player
- Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Passion for technology and the use of technology to improve business processes and insight
- Ability to think beyond defined tasks to identify and implement process and tool optimization ideas
- Must be working towards obtaining college credited degree or be a recent college graduate in computer science or information system management
