Quality Analyst to join our team in, Logan UT.The Quality Analyst
provides technical assistance to site functions to resolve
processing issues and promote continuous improvement. Serves as a
liaison to internal operations to effectively resolve all issues,
promote quality and productivity improvements.Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:Utilize various problem-solving methods and
techniques to isolate variables in order to identify cause(s) of
undesirable process results. Develop solution options and propose
most effective options to optimize predictable and repeatable
results.Prepare reports by collecting, interpreting, analyzing and
summarizing data and present solution proposals at various
forums.Participate in internal and external auditsPerforms
statistical analysis to analyze trends, and works with site
functions to investigate trends, conduct root cause analysis and
recommend corrective actions for processes and products.Drives
corrective and preventive actions, including process and product
design improvements for procedural, product, or process
deficiencies through the analysis of data from various sources.
Generates routine reports for review by management.Mentors and
develops personnel to use various lean and six sigma techniques and
tools.Process procedural changes from Sector, Site, and Functional
Organizations.Improve QMS documentation cycle time.Review and
approval of purchase requisitions including the assignment of
quality clausesManage inventory of controlled materials and parts
including receiving inspection.Coordination of external vendors
performing verification testingKnowledge, Skills and
Abilities:Quality-engineering review experience to focus on meeting
Customer requirementsBroad knowledge of theory and principles of
statistics and statistical process control.In-depth understanding
of Quality methodologies; RCCA and or 8D a mustProven ability to
effectively assess and implement continuous improvement techniques
to quality and manufacturing functionsExcellent problem-solving
capabilitiesExperience in maintaining and improving ISO9001, AS9100
or similar systemProficient in use of MS Office and Knowledge of
database softwareBasic Requirements for a Principal Quality
Analyst:Bachelors degree and 6+ years of relevant experience (or 4+
years of relevant experience with a Master's degree). Equivalent
work experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelors
degree.Strong MS Office Application skills: Word, Excel,
PowerPoint. Database applicationsStrong communication skills (both
oral and written).Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. US
Citizenship required.Basic Requirements for a Sr. Principal Quality
Analyst:Bachelors degree and 10+ years of relevant experience (or
6+ years of relevant experience with a Master's degree). Equivalent
work experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelors
degree.Strong MS Office Application skills: Word, Excel,
PowerPoint. Database applicationsStrong communication skills (both
oral and written).Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. US
Citizenship required.Preferred Qualifications for Both
Levels:Bachelor's Degree (STEM Discipline)Experience processing
procedural changesExperience performing data entry and change of

USD - $138,600 USDSalary Range 2: $74,600 USD - $111,800
USDEmployees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition

results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be
eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman
