analyst supports the site with data analysis and coordination to
support the aggressive growth in BPG. You will be expected to
Gather, Analyze, and Present data to drive efficiencies in our SIOP
(Sales, Inventory, Operations and Planning) activities. You will
partner with the other functions and the analytics team to support
business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Compile metrics and
perform analysis for SIOP (Sales, Inventory, Operations, and
Planning)Provide monthly presentation to management and make
recommendations to maintain the appropriate labor availability for
each production lineWork with Demand Planning personnel to acquire
sales forecast data and use this to develop short, medium and long
term capacity plans, production schedules, resource & raw material
forecasts.Support the EE&O (Excess, Expired, and Obsolete)
inventory analysis processReview customer lead times and align with
component lead times and stocking strategiesRegular maintenance of
materials & logistics settings within the Oracle ERP system
(product lead times, inventory levels, MOQ settings, product ATP
Rules).Support business unit initiatives such as lead time
reduction, expansion, and harmonizationCalculate and report on back
orders, identifying actions to minimize and reduce.Determine &
maintain appropriate inventory levels to meet business
needs.Management of MTS data & demand forecasts within the Oracle
ERP system.Participate in continuous improvement activities such as
kaizen as advised and use data to support activities working with
cross functional teams to achieve process improvements.Train as a
backup for other members of the teamMinimum Qualifications:BS/BA in
Business or related field (supply chain management, logistics,
operations, etcMinimum 3 years experience in supply chainProficient
in compiling and analyzing data in Excel; pivot tables &
reporting.Strong Supply Chain experienceKnowledgeable regarding MRP
principles and system dynamicsAbility to demonstrate communication
and influencing skills, judgment, and tact in taking care of
internal and external customers.Preferred Qualifications:Certified
in APICS CPIM, CSCP, Project management PMP, or ISM CPSMLean/six
