CDL A Semi Truck Driver- Dedicated

Class A Positions:

• Regional/OTR/Express/Casual Positions
  
• Express fleet = 4 days on, 4 days off. Slip seating.
  
• Casual Fleet = Part-Time, work your available hours. (Must run 1-2 times per month minimum.)
  
• Regional and OTR 11 western
  
• Depending on location. 2-3 weeks, or home weekly in some areas.
  
• 2500-3000 miles per week.
  
• All dispatched miles are paid (loaded or empty)
  
• No touch freight, Other than our optional baked goods loads
  
• Baked goods go to CA, AZ, NM, NV, TX, OR, WA, (Baked goods loads are completely optional)
  
• For the baked goods, you hand unload cases (5-15lb). Place them on a conveyor belt or rollers.
  
• You never leave the back of the trailer.
  
• We pay $20.00 per extra stop and $0.10 cpc unloaded.
  
• Can make $250-$300 for unloading one trailer, on top of your per mile pay.
  
• We run dry van and reefer. No doubles, triples or hazmat.
  
• Starting Pay based on experience.
  
• After 90 days you will be evaluated for a raise.
  
• Weekly Direct Deposit
  
• After a year you are eligible for a raise, then every year on your anniversary after that.
  Make up to $400, Safety- no out of service, no accidents, safety monthly video done paperwork turned in on time gives you $0.02 cpm
  
• Production 10,500 miles adds $0.01, 12,500 miles per month adds $0.02 cpm.
  
• Retention Bonus. Paid every 90 days for your first year with us.
  
• We give you 4 payments of $500=$2000 for staying with Sharp.
  2021 or newer Peterbilt, Freightliner Cascadias, and Volvos. (Automatics)
  
• We are governed at 68 mph on cruise, 65 mph on pedal
  
• Our trucks are put together with our drivers comfort in mind. TV mounts, Fridge, a lot of storage space.
  
• APUs so you don't have to idle. Cattle guards. XM radio ready you would just need an account.
  
• $25,000 dollar life insurance free of charge to all our full-time employees
  must add a beneficiary.
  
• Free Teladoc services, even if you decline our medical insurance.
  
• Benefits the first month after 60 days of employment (45 days sign up).
  
• Medical, vision, dental, short- and long-term disability. You can also add more life insurance coverage at this time.
  
• 401k available after 30 days. The company matches up to 4%.
  
• Riders allowed on OTR and Regional
  
• 9 years and up
  
• Pets allowed- $400 deposit.
  
• Current vaccination records required for pets
  Requirements:
  
  • verifiable Tractor-Trailer experience
    
  • Valid CDL
    
  • 22 or Older
    
  • Clean drug screens
    
  • No SAP, DUI's, Handheld device, over 15 MPH speeding, or Wreckless driving
