If you have sales experience, we can train you on using it in the staffing industry. Compensation $30,000 - $40,000 base uncapped commissions: Our producers are averaging $65,000 a year Outside Business Development Job Summary The Outside Sales Manager is responsible for finding new clients for our rapidly growing business. You'll be involved in each stage of the B2B selling process: from lead generation, to prospect cultivation, to presentations and proposals. What We Offer Performance-based bonus opportunities Health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance 401K with company contribution President---s Club Yearly Incentive Trip Anniversary awards program Staffing industry sales training Telemedicine-Teledoc Company phone Tuition reimbursement Opportunities for advancement Outside Sales Manager Duties / Responsibilities Build and foster a network of leads within designated territory Generate and develop new prospect accounts Use sales management software tools to track KPI including sales calls made, number of prospect contacts made, and presentations given Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms and prepare sales order forms and /or reports Manage schedule efficiently with physical visits to prospects and clients Assist in creating RFP responses to prospects Attend weekly Sales Manager meetings Outside Sales Manager Requirements One year of B2B sales experience Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet sales quotas Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-visit planning, call control, account development, and time and territory management Success in qualifying prospects involving multiple key decision-makers Strong knowledge of outside sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills Exceptional verbal/written communication, listening, and presentation skills Valid driver---s license and reliable vehicle Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures Ability to work individually and as part of a team Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software Knowledge of the staffing industry is a plus Bilingual a plus Outside Sales Manager Working Conditions Frequent field travel is required, often up to several hours of driving per day Ability to travel to, attend, and conduct presentations May work above 40 hours per week as required Mileage reimbursement will be provided, according to company policy Company phone will be provided Want more information about this position or our company?
