Daily Journeys Empowering your team by conducting skill-enhancement trainings Assigning roles that accentuate productivity and proficiency Setting quality standards that thrill every customer Synchronizing schedules to meet diverse delivery goals Providing coaching that helps staff thrive Driving continuous improvement across operations Monitoring key metrics, from attendance rates to task completions Playing a vital role in hiring skilled technicians Occasionally managing hazardous materials tasks Pathway to Success A background with at least a year in supervisory roles in skilled trades Diverse experience spanning three years within specialized operations like truck equipment Valued certifications such as welding and ASE Professional prowess in both written and verbal communication Readiness to conduct team trainings in various fields Flexibility in working overtime when the need arises Team collaboration skills with a multi-department approach Ability to manage physical demands such as lifting of 20 lbs Why Choose Us?
